1. Where is Jupiter Medical Center located?

Jupiter Medical Center is located at 1210 S. Old Dixie Highway in Jupiter, Florida. We have several off-campus departments, as well as several departments on the main campus. Visit the Maps and Directions section of the website for specific information.

See our Services listing for location information for a specific service or department.

2. What is the main Hospital phone number?

The switchboard can be reached at any time by calling 561-747-2234. The operator can transfer you to a specific person, department or patient room. View the Important Phone Numbers link for additional contact information.

3. Does the Medical Center have set visiting hours?

We are committed to keeping families together and encourage visits for support and emotional recovery. To provide a therapeutic and restful environment, we recommend no more than two visitors at a time. Visitors may stop at the lobby desk to ask for information or to obtain a patient's room number. Children must be escorted by an adult at all times. Children 12 years and older are permitted in the ICU.

When visiting the ICU, please call prior entering the unit. An intercom is conveniently located outside the ICU doors. This will allow the nurse to prepare for your visit, as well as protect the privacy of all patients.

In critical care settings, visiting hours are based on individual patient needs. Exceptions to these guidelines will be considered by the nurse and carried out with the patient's best interest in mind. ICU visiting hours are limited and individualized to meet the patient's and family's needs. Please ask your ICU nurse for the visiting hours. For your convenience, there is a visitor's lounge located near the ICU where visitors may wait between visits.

4. Are children permitted in patient rooms?

Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted in the ICU. Please remember that if your child is sick, hospital patients may be especially susceptible to contracting that illness if contagious.
