Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation is a multi-phase, professionally supervised lifestyle program specifically designed to improve your quality of life.

Directed by a Board Certified Cardiologist and Pulmonologist, and nationally accredited by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, the program features cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation. Located at Jupiter Medical Center, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation's goal is to provide quality individualized care, patient satisfaction and improved quality of life. Our rehabilitation team consists of trained healthcare professionals, all certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. You are closely monitored while you progress through cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility exercises and strength training.

All patients receive individually tailored programs for their specific diagnosis. Nutrition, exercise and stress management specialists meet with you and your family to design a program specifically tailored for you.

Trained medical professionals using state-of-the-art electronic methods carefully supervise all activities. Because this is a therapy program, you must have a physician referral. However, we can contact your physician for you.
