Description of Classes*

Prenatal Yoga – Yoga for expecting mothers. $12 per class; if delivering at JMC, $5 per class.

Gentle Yoga – Traditional yoga class. $12 non-members per class / $9 members per class.

Chair yoga – Yoga in a chair. $5 per class for members and non-members.

Mindful Living – Tuesday evening course with Mimi Bailey begins week of May 14, 2013. Wednesday evening course with Barbara Ivanko begins week of July 10, 2013. $350, and includes all materials (workbook and meditation CDs).

T’ai Chi – Class taught by Jim Satterfield; 6-week progressive series (please call for next available start date). Must purchase $72 punch card.

Personal Training 

$65 for 60 minute session $32.50 for 30 minute session.

JMC team members receive 50% discount on personal training.
