Our Accreditation & Affiliation

At Jupiter Medical Center we seek to set a higher standard for ourselves and for how we perform, diagnose and treat illness and injury. We are proud to be recognized by a number of agencies that accredit hospitals and hospital services, among them the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Accreditation by the Joint Commission is a recognized nationwide symbol of quality that indicates that our organization has met or exceeded certain performance standards. To earn and maintain this accreditation, Jupiter Medical Center must undergo an on-site survey by a Joint Commission survey team at least every three years. Accreditation requires a serious commitment to provide quality healthcare in order to meet the rigorous standards of the accrediting agencies.
