Group Fitness

Jupiter Medical Center and the Cary Grossman Health & Wellness Center offer group fitness classes weekly, plus special classes, health education lectures, screenings and cooking demonstrations. 

Water Aerobics – water aerobics classes desinged to build cadiovascular strength. View the Aquatic Wellness Class Schedule.

Boot Camp – exercise class based on continuous strength and cardio exercises

Chair Yoga – yoga principles applied in a seated position

Chair Aerobics – cardio and strength training program incorporating a chair

Circuit Training – strength training based on completing a series of exercises at different “stations”

CORE – exercise that focuses of strengthening the abdominal and low back muscles

Dancing for Birth - fuse dance with childbirth and postpartum education for pregnant women in any stage of pregnancy or postpartum women wearing babies in soft slings or wraps

HIIT- (High Intensity Interval Training) is an interval-based class that combines total body, aerobic, and a strength conditioning workout

Interval Training – cardio and strength training based on completing exercises during a specific time period and then repeating

Pre-natal yoga – yoga exclusively for expecting mothers

STROLLFIT - a 60-minute stroller fitness class that caters to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy and conditioned moms. Bond with your baby and other moms while working out with nationally certified fitness professionals who combine cardio, strength training and stretching for a total-body workout

Tai Ji Quan - designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and daily functioning

Yoga – physical, mental, and spiritual practice of discipline

Zumba – exercise class that incorporates dance and aerobic elements. Choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo
