Sibling Class - One Day Saturday Class

This class will prepare big brothers and sisters (ages 3-8) for their new arrival, including viewing a birthing suite, educational video, making a gift for the new baby and the gift of a t-shirt. The class is followed by a hospital tour.

Dancing For Birth - Single Night

Dancing For Birth™ classes are for women in any stage of pregnancy and for postpartum women wearing their babies in soft slings or wraps. These 60 minute weekly classes fuse dance fitness with childbirth and postpartum education. Discover ways to move instinctively, use gravity, and encourage babies to more easily navigate the pelvis, as we rock to the rhythm of world beats. No dance experience necessary!

Childbirth Class - One Day Saturday Class

The material is identical to the three-class series, but conducted in a one-day format. Participants will have a lunch break, and a tour of the birthing suites.
