Childbirth Class - 3 Wednesday Night Series

Newborn Care - One Night Class

Breastfeeding Class - Monday

Family and Friends CPR Class

Family & Friends CPR teaches adult, child and infant CPR, as well as airway obstruction removal for all three age groups. This class is sanctioned by the American Heart Association, but is not a certification for professionals.

Childbirth Class - One Day Saturday Class

This childbirth class meets the needs of new parents by offering labor and delivery, postpartum care, epidural, c-section and natural birth information. The material is identical to the three-class series, but conducted in a one-day format. Participants will have a lunch break, and a tour of the birthing suites.

Dancing For Birth - Single Night

Dancing For Birth™ classes are for women in any stage of pregnancy and for postpartum women wearing their babies in soft slings or wraps. These 60 minute weekly classes fuse dance fitness with childbirth and postpartum education. Discover ways to move instinctively, use gravity, and encourage babies to more easily navigate the pelvis, as we rock to the rhythm of world beats. No dance experience necessary!

Birthing Suite Tour

Tours are given about three times a month: All tours start in the OB waiting room on the third floor of Jupiter Medical Center. Please use the South hospital entrance. If you are taking a birthing class, you do not need to register for a separate tour.
