JMC has partnered with The American Lung Association and offers a monthly support group for individuals in the community with COPD (Chonic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and their caregivers. This organization is called the Better Breathers Club, and includes those with bronchitis, emphysema, and asthma. Lectures by various health care professionals, a catered lunch, harmonica lessons, and a supportive environment are offered for the purpose of improving the quality of life.
Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of every month from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm in the Raso Educational Center in the South Clarke room. Please call each month for reservations at (561) 263-2043
