In just three easy courses, you’ll learn how to separate food facts from fiction, how to evaluate your personal food choices and decipher your dietary patterns. Discover the secrets to being supermarket savvy and avoid portion distortion. Featuring Yolanda Torres, RD, LDN, CDE. Cost is $59 (includes healthy eating starter kit). Reservations are required.
