Newborn Care - One Night Class

This class will teach parents the basics of baby care including: normal newborn characteristics, circumcision care, sleep patterns, safety, comfort measures, bathing, choosing a pediatrician, diapering and illness.

Sibling Class - One Day Saturday Class

This class will prepare big brothers and sisters (ages 3-8) for their new arrival, including viewing a birthing suite, educational video, making a gift for the new baby and the gift of a t-shirt. The class is followed by a hospital tour.

Birthing Suite Tour

Tours are given about three times a month: All tours start in the OB waiting room on the third floor of Jupiter Medical Center. Please use the South hospital entrance. If you are taking a birthing class, you do not need to register for a separate tour.

Breastfeeding Class

Family and Friends CPR Class

Nutrition for a Healthier Lifestyle Classes

Discover the secrets to being supermarket savvy and avoid portion distortion. Featuring Yolanda Torres, RD, LDN, CDE. Cost is $59 (includes healthy eating starter kit). Reservations are required. Space is limited to 12 participants (minimum of four required to hold class). *Note this class is a 3 day series. Dancing For Birth - Single Night

Dancing For Birth™ classes are for women in any stage of pregnancy and for postpartum women wearing their babies in soft slings or wraps. These 60 minute weekly classes fuse dance fitness with childbirth and postpartum education. Discover ways to move instinctively, use gravity, and encourage babies to more easily navigate the pelvis, as we rock to the rhythm of world beats. No dance experience necessary!
