JUPITER, Fla. (March 20, 2013) – Jupiter Medical Center kicks-off the spring season with a full calendar of community lectures and classes during the month of April. Please mark your calendar to take advantage of upcoming programs that may be of benefit to you or someone you know. Lectures and classes are as follows:
Nutrition for a Healthier Lifestyle Classes
In a world of fast food and fad diets, it’s easy to forget how to eat healthy. Good nutrition is the one thing that matters most in your diet, health and lifestyle. Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is the key to good health. Topics include: Healthy Eating for Women & Men • Supermarket Savvy • Emotional and Personality Impact on Eating • Food Label Reading/Portion Distortion • Dining Out Guidelines/Physical Activity • Healthy Eating on the Run/Fitting it into Your Lifestyle.
