TWO NEW MEMBERS ELECTED TO JUPITER MEDICAL CENTER’S BOARD OF TRUSTEES
February 22, 2012 – Jupiter, FL – Jupiter Medical Center announced today that Martin Dytrych, CPA and Ryan Simovitch, M.D. have been elected to the Board of Trustees.
A corporate member since 2010, Martin Dytrych served on the Finance Committee in 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has been a partner with Lamn, Krielow Dytrych & Co. since 1985 and dedicates a significant portion of his professional time to corporate and individual income tax planning, expert witness testimony and estate planning. Dytrych also advises corporate clients in the area of personnel, officer and employee compensation, as well as operating and capital budgeting and business planning. He has extensive experience assisting clients in purchasing or selling a business, and performing business evaluations.
Ryan Simovitch, M.D., is a Board Certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in advanced arthroscopic and open reconstruction of the shoulder and elbow. Dr. Simovitch served as Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center and received his fellowship training from Massachusetts General Hospital and Balgrist Hospital in Zurich, Switzerland.
