DALE E. HOCKING NAMED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF JUPITER MEDICAL CENTER

JUPITER, Fla. (August 8, 2012) – Dale E. Hocking, CPA, has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jupiter Medical Center.

In his role, Hocking is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the financial operations at the medical center, as well as its charitable foundation.

Prior to joining Jupiter Medical Center, Hocking served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Central Florida Health Alliance in Leesburg, Florida. There, he was responsible for departments including finance, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, risk management, information technology and more. He also spent several years as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

Hocking received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Hocking is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
