Pavilion Sub-Acute Rehabilitation

After surgery, illness or injury, getting back on your feet is not always easy. The Pavilion Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Center provides inpatient care to individuals requiring a customized therapy plan in our own facility, conveniently located on the Jupiter Medical Center campus.

We provide comprehensive sub-acute rehabilitation for patients who require a customized therapy plan that allows them to move to a higher level of independence with intensive rehabilitation. This multi-disciplinary program is designed to get individuals back home and performing many of the activities of daily life they engaged in before.

The Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Center is part of the rehabilitation continuum of care offered by Jupiter Medical Center, which also includes:
