The Sub Acute Rehabilitation program is committed to helping patients maximize their potential through skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and a team approach, all patient care is provided under the careful supervision of our highly trained staff, including nurse specialists, physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, medical managers, social workers and dieticians.

In addition, internists, mental health professionals, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, wound care specialists,  and other medical consultants, are actively involved in the patient's medical and rehabilitation program, based on the patients individual needs.

All programs are designed to help each patient reach the highest level of physical, emotional and social independence.  Our goal is to discharge patients to their highest functional levels and to help see to it that they are on the road to leading productive, independent lives.

We accept patients directly from home, from physician's offices and emergency rooms, when they are accompanied by a physician's order and the appropriate diagnosis.
