Located on the beautifully landscaped, 30-acre campus of Jupiter Medical Center, The Pavilion, a not-for-profit facility, and licensed by the State of Florida, has achieved a top quality 5-Star rating by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for 6 consecutive years.  This makes it one of the top ranked nursing homes in Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties.

Residents and their families can rest assured that the highest AHCA rating in quality care, overall inspection and other criteria reflects our compliance history with a multitude of state and federal agencies.  The rating attests to the outstanding service that has been at the heart of The Pavilion throughout its history.  Seeking a higher standard, The Pavilion voluntarily seeks accreditation through the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Our two-story, 120-bed facility provides a continuum of care for sub-acute care patients needing short-term rehabilitation and therapy services after leaving the hospital, and home-like accommodations for long-term care residents who may stay at The Pavilion for a week or make the facility their home.  Under the direction of our Board Certified Medical Director, our goal is to meet the individual needs of every resident with the primary objective being to achieve the greatest possible physical, social, and emotional well-being with reach of our residents, and, wherever possible, to be able to rehabilitate and return patients to independent lives at home.
