Our Patient Navigators - Your Ally and Friend
A cancer diagnosis can challenge your coping sources, time and energy and that of your family.  Jupiter Medical Center’s Breast Cancer Patient Navigator* and Oncology Patient Navigator are experienced nurses who provide expert knowledge to help you understand important treatment options, and guide you and your loved ones through a vast array of resources.

Our Patient Navigators assist in your referral to specialists and facilitates rapid, coordinated scheduling for assessments, tests, surgery and therapies.  Our Patient Navigators collaborate with your doctors, your treatment team, and other resources, which eliminates endless phone calls and waiting – allowing you to focus on one thing – conquering cancer.
