Rehabilitation Services
JMC’s Health and
Rehabilitation Center provides a variety of settings and locations that
offer Rehabilitation Services with comprehensive inpatient and
outpatient programs.
Outpatient
Rehabilitation
Our highly
trained therapists provide a variety of services, including specialty
programs, designed to meet the needs of our patients within our
community. A scope of care is offered beginning with newborns to the
senior patients and is unique and individualized, based on each
patient’s needs.
Inpatient
Rehabilitation (Acute Care)
A trained and
professional staff of Physical and Occupational Therapists, and
Speech-Language Pathologists provide daily treatments to patients
requiring these services as they begin their recovery. Our staff works
closely with the patient and family members while preparing them for
discharge, whether it is directly to their home or to an extended
inpatient facility, to continue their rehabilitative care. Wherever it
may be, the bridge to recovery starts here!
Rehabilitation
Services at The Pavilion
Patients requiring extended care outside the hospital, and who cannot go
directly home, can continue their rehabilitation at The Pavilion at
Jupiter Medical Center.
Our staff of well-trained therapists offers a continuum of quality care
that started in the hospital setting. Treatments are provided in an
atmosphere that is pleasant and conducive to preparing patients for
discharge to their home environment.
