The Pavilion

Since 1977, The Pavilion, a 120-bed not-for-profit Medicare and Medicaid-certified facility licensed by the State of Florida, has been dedicated to serving the community. 

The Pavilion offers the unique benefit of being located on the same campus as our cutting edge, acute care hospital - Jupiter Medical Center - with convenient access to an abundance of healthcare resources. When a medical condition requires continued monitoring or extensive rehabilitation, or if independent or assisted living is no longer an option, consider the top quality, specialized care at The Pavilion.

 The Pavilion offers the following services:

• Sub Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation 
• Skilled Nursing Care 
• Long Term Care
• Respite Care - whether you're going on vacation or simply need a break, The Pavilion's 24-hour skilled nursing services are available for you and your loved one
• Alzheimer's and Stroke Support Groups for the community on the first Wednesday of the month

Admissions Information

The Pavilion receives patient referrals from physicians, hospitals, social services, case managers, hospice and other healthcare professionals.  We also consider accepting patients directly from home, physician's offices and emergency rooms when accompanied by a physician's order, the appropriate diagnosis and insurance coverage.   For the convenience of our residents and families, once a potential patient or resident is approved to come to The Pavilion, he or she may arrive anytime of the day or night, any day of the week.
