If hip pain is keeping you up at night or you are having difficulty walking, getting up from a chair or climbing stairs you may be a candidate for hip replacement surgery. This surgery is usually done when all other treatment options have failed to provide adequate pain relief. The procedure should relieve a painful hip joint, making walking easier.
The Anderson Family Orthopedic & Spine Center of Excellence offers a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation program as well as an informative preoperative educational class. Our orthopedic surgeons give patients access to the latest surgical techniques, equipment and innovative minimally invasive procedures.
Our team includes surgeons, pain management specialists, anesthesiologists, nurses and therapists. A dedicated Orthopedic & Spine Clinical Coordinator is available to all patients to guide you through the entire process, providing education and support.
Procedures:
Technology at the Orthopedic Center of Excellence includes the HANA™ table designed exclusively for Hip Arthroplasty. This allows surgery to be performed using an anterior approach with a single incision, without detaching the muscle from the pelvis. One of the least invasive surgical options, this technique minimizes pain and the time from surgery to recovery. Patients benefit from the anterior approach with potential advantages including: shorter hospital stay, smaller incision, reduced pain, less muscle trauma, reduce blood loss and more rapid return to normal activities.
We are proud to be Joint Commission Certified for Total Joint Replacement for Hips, Knees and Shoulders.
