What to Expect during your Stay

Treatment Plan

A treatment plan is developed by the patient’s physician and administered in conjunction with the team of the Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Center. Our team maintains open lines of communication with each patient’s physician and is in contact with them throughout their stay. It is important that each patient realize their own personal physician may or may not follow them during their rehabilitation, however, all care and treatment is overseen by a physician credentialed by the facility.

Therapy Room

Our state-of-the-art therapy room features physical, occupational and speech therapists experienced in the sub-acute phase of rehabilitation. Highly skilled, credentialed therapists guide patients through a variety of therapies to restore the patient’s independence as quickly as possible.

The Pavilion’s team of highly skilled nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists are committed to helping patients reach their maximum functional levels of physical, emotional and social independence.
