Critical Acclaim for Our Safety MeasuresIndustry Leading Risk Adjusted Mortality
Quantros, a leading provider of software solutions that advance health
care quality and safety, ranked Jupiter Medical Center one of the top
performing hospitals in the country in a crucial category: risk-adjusted
mortality. This is a ratio of the observed number of in-hospital deaths
to the number expected, based on the hospital's case mix. Jupiter
Medical Center performed better than 99.4 percent of hospitals in Florida
and, in a coast-to-coast comparison, outperformed 99.9 percent of the
hospitals across the U.S.
