Switching Up Your Workout: Group Fitness Classes

Need to switch up your workout? It's easy to get stuck in the same routine or class. Here are some fun and challenging classes/programs that will shake up your routine and your body!

Barre - Barre fitness classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training.

TRX - TRX uses your own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Tabata - Tabata is a high intensity interval workout that gives you max results in a short amount of time. You'll do 20secs of all out exercise followed by a 10sec rest for a total of 4mins. By the end of the workout you'll complete eight rounds. This is great for people who are on a time crunch.
