Wearing exercises gloves is a great way to protect your hands from calluses and improve your grip when weight lifting.
  1. Choose a glove that has a snug fit on your hand. Excess fabric can cause you to lose control of heavy weights.
  2. Look for a glove with a strap over the wrist, to ensure the glove stays on your hand.
  3. If choosing a padded glove, test to make sure the padding does not prevent you from feeling your grip on your weights.
