At Jupiter Medical Center's Pain Management Center we make your healthcare needs our number one priority. As a hospital-based pain management center, our team can address the full spectrum of any pain problem, ranging from low back pain to post-surgical pain, performing extremely complex procedures in a quality, safe environment.

For your convenience, you can fill out the Pain Management Patient Health Assessment at home and bring it with you upon visiting Jupiter Medical Center.

Relieving Your Pain

The Pain Management Center offers a multidisciplinary approach to pain control that is tailored to your individual needs. Our focus is on treating you not just your symptoms. Our goal is to diagnose your pain syndrome, reduce your level of pain, improve your ability to control pain and improve your physical and emotional well being.

Our program treats patients with all types of chronic pain, including:

  • Back pain/Sciatica
  • Cervical (neck) Pain
  • Failed Back Syndrome
  • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
  • Myofascial Pain 
  • Neuropathic Pain
  • Cancer Pain
  • Pain of Shingles (Herpes Zoster/ Post Herpetic Neuralgia)
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Central Pain Syndromes (from spinal cord/injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.)
  • Phantom Limb Pain

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - noon
