Nearly half of all Americans are living with high blood pressure. Eating a well-balanced diet and reducing stress can go a long way in successfully managing your blood pressure. Join us for an interactive workshop and learn breath practices to calm the nervous system, mindful movement, and meditation practices to reduce stress.

Learn about how food choices impact your blood pressure, and current recommended diets to help determine what may work best for you. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and bring home a recipe for a heart healthy dish.
