Staying hydrated during your workout is a key factor for your energy and
performance. So don’t workout empty-handed. That being said, here
are some tips for selecting the best water bottle.
- Glass water bottles are safe and more environmentally friendly. However,
glass is more prone to break and many fitness facilities do not allow glass.
- Plastic water bottles provide a shatterproof option, but be sure to select
a bottle that doesn’t contain the harmful chemical bisphenol A.
These products are marked with a BPA Free label, normally at the bottom.
- Stainless steel water bottles are safe, chemical free and a great option
for keeping your water cool. If you are working out in hot temperatures,
brands such a Yeti and Ozark Trail are known for keeping liquids cool
for upwards of 4 hours.
