Calcagnini Center for Mindfulness
Your overall health and well-being encompass body, mind and spirit at The
Calcagnini Center for Mindfulness at Jupiter Medical Center. Patients
throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast experience a whole-person
approach to care as they seek to understand and deepen the connections
between their physical, emotional and spiritual health.
The Mindfulness Center's trained staff address issues, challenges and
symptoms that diagnostic tests cannot uncover or explain. You'll explore
and engage in a variety of integrative tools and experiences, including
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, movement, communication and journaling
to manage stress by taking charge of your thougths, emotions and approach
to managing problems.
Perhaps you're a cancer survivor, worried that worrisome cells or symptoms
might reappear. Maybe you're someone whose lifelong anxiety has been
worsened by a recent heart attack of failing memory. Maybe you simply
want more calm and clarity in your life, especially if you've experienced

The "soul" purpose of the Calcagnini Center for Mindfulness at
Jupiter Medical Center is to help people balance their emotional, physcial
and spiritual health through mindfulness.

Our Mindfulness Center
To make the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program and other mindfulness
programs accessible to patients, physicians and residents of the greater
Palm Beaches, Jupiter Medical Center opened a new center for mindfulness
to address yet another facet of the community’s health and wellness.
