Please join us for an experiential workshop and explore the foundation of mindfulness, and benefits of practicing mindfulness.Together we will discover how thoughts are creating our reality and learn tools you can you to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine and improve your quality of life. Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow for gentle movement and brief meditation practices.
