Join Nicole Baganz, Ph.D., for a fun brain science session. In a relaxed, conversational style (with simple, visual slides), she’ll explore how the brain changes over time, the science of neurogenesis, and what research reveals about everyday activities (like meditation, breathing, sleep, exercise, and more) that shape brain health and resilience. Along the way, she’ll also dispel a few common brain myths, making brain science accessible and engaging for all.
