Join us for an insightful talk with Alexandra Paz, Ph.D., as we explore the latest research on brain fitness.
You’ll learn why physical exercise remains one of the most powerful tools for maintaining cognitive
health and how it compares to other popular “brainboosting” strategies.
Dr. Paz will also share cuttingedge research from Florida Atlantic University’s Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute, where scientists
are using advanced research models to study how exercise promotes the growth of new brain cells.
Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow for gentle movement and brief meditation practice.
