Keeping Your Brain Fit for Life
Join us for an insightful talk with Alexandra Paz, Ph.D., from the FAU Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute, as we explore the latest research on brain fitness. You will learn why physical exercise remains one of the most powerful tools for maintaining cognitive health and how it compares to other popular "brain-boosting" strategies. Together, we will separate myth from fact and dive into what truly works.
Dr. Paz will also share cutting-edge research from Florida Atlantic University’s Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute, where scientists are using advanced mouse models to study how exercise promotes the growth of new brain cells.
Date & Time: Thursday, November 12 / 5:30 -6:30 p.m.
Location: Anderson Auditorium
No cost – Community Lecture - Seating is limited.
