Details:

EFT combines Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. The protocol involves stimulating the acupressure points by tapping with the fingertips while accessing and releasing negative emotions or memories stored in the mind and body. We also tap in positive affirmations to change behaviors and thoughts.

Join us for this experiential program that demonstrates how the combination of tapping the acupressure points and voicing positive affirmations works to clear the emotional block from the body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring the mind and body’s balance.
