This five-week class is designed to support mind and body connection, help students recognize emotions and habit patterns and explore healthy ways to respond to daily stress.Students will be equipped with tools necessary to become more aware and live a more joyful and present life.The class will include chair yoga and standing balance postures.The curriculum is based on the globally recognized Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program,developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. Home practices are included in this five-week class.
