Learn how journaling promotes mindfulness, peace and an expanded view of
circumstances. Explore various journaling techniques and put them to practice
as we create our vision for 2020. This workshop includes Mindful Movement.
$25/person. Seating is limited. Bring your own journal and pen and wear
comfortable clothing for Mindful Movement. Light refreshments after the
workshop are provided.
