A class for graduated Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) students
and those with an established meditation practice.
Whether you wish to deepen your current mindfulness practice or wish to
refresh and re-engage a regular practice, this class is an opportunity
to share and be sustained by others also wanting to engage in life mindfully.
In each class we will have opportunities to be present to self and others,
watching mind and feeling states arise, remembering and exploring mindfulness
Please join us to reacquaint ourselves with our own lives, investigating
more deeply how we approach life events, how we meet others, and how we
can be present to all that life offers us.
