Please join us for a day of deep inner reflection and contemplation where
we will experience a variety of mindfulness practices including, movement,
meditation and eating. This retreat is for anyone with a mindfulness meditation
practice and dedicated to support our community during these challenging times.
Please have a space dedicated where you will not be disturbed by phone
or other interruptions. Props needed for the all-day include yoga mat,
bolster or pillow, blanket, chair. Please have your lunch prepared as
we will eat mindfully as a group.
