Join us for this online experiential workshop where we will explore ayurvedic
principalsto bring balance in bodily systems with diet, meditation, gentle
yoga, and yogic breathing.
We will discuss the attributes of Spring season and the five elements that
are the foundation of Ayurveda and see how these elements in Nature impact
our very own nature on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Each participant should have the following supplies list for the workshop:
- Pen & notebook
- Quite space where you will not be interrupted
A taste of the following:

- Ginger or chili powder
- Unsweetened cacao powder
