We often hear that puzzles, supplements, or brain-training apps are the key to staying sharp as we age, but what does science actually say?

In this talk, we'll discuss why physical exercise is the best thing you can do for your brain, and we'll take a closer look at popular brain-boosting claims to separate the myths from the facts.
