Cancer Survivorship: Nutrition & Mindful Eating
- Categories: Cancer Care
About This Event
- Event Type:Lectures
- Max Capacity:60
For many, a cancer diagnosis can make eating feel complicated, stressful, or at odds with our own bodies. Between navigating taste changes, treatment side effects, and long-held beliefs about what we "should" eat, it can be difficult to trust our internal hunger and satiety cues.
Please join us for an experiential workshop tailored for cancer patients and survivors to explore mindful eating practices and intuitive eating principles. Together, we will learn how to:
- Reconnect with your body’s unique needs during and after treatment.
- Manage changing taste, appetite, and energy levels without pressure or judgment.
- Rebuild a positive, nurturing relationship with food and movement.
- Find comfort, satisfaction, and ease in nourishing yourself.
