"Expression of gratitude"
"I was wondering how I could best give acknowledgment to the ER staff who saved my life, though I feel nothing I say will ever be enough. I came in Sunday May 31 2020 around 1230pm/1pm hemorrhaging from a stitch that came loses on an artery after my hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. I was petrified, I was alone since my husband was not allowed with me due to the COVID pandemic. The staff in the ER that afternoon were so kind, gentle, understanding and comforting. They were Proficient and extremely competent in their jobs. When I took a turn for the worse, the reacted quickly and advocated for me to get the best treatment faster than policy would allow. I don’t feel I would be here today if it weren’t for their innate desire to help others. Please forgive me for not remembering everyone’s name, by Kylie, Shannon, Ben and Todd (if I remember correctly) along with the rest of the nurses, health techs and doctors that I can’t recall the names and who were involved in my care, deserve the greatest respect and acknowledgment that I could ever give. They were kind and comforting in my most desperate time of need. Shannon (I believe) from the ER even came to check on me after I had emergency surgery in the observation room, which was above and beyond what she had to do. I can never thank you guys enough. Thank you from myself, my husband and my children."
"I wish to thank EVERYONE who is reporting to work at Jupiter Medical Center during this crisis. You are ALL brave, good people. "I was so impressed with every individual I came into contact with..."
"I would like to thank all of the employees of Jupiter Medical Center that I came into contact with yesterday. I have to say I was so impressed with every individual I came into contact with from the receptionist, mammographer, ultrasound technician, radiologist and everyone in MRI services...every person treated me with kindness and respect. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and communication skills instilled a true feeling of confidence and honesty in their medical skills and abilities! I usually have my tests and scans at another facility, but they were unable to see me stat, which turned out to be my good fortune! From now on I will request Dr. Schwarzberg schedule my tests at Jupiter Medical, it is well worth the drive!"
"Thank you to all of your staff for making my stay comfortable. You truly are the best!"
"I recently had back surgery at JMC. As anyone could imagine, preparing for the surgery was very nerve wrecking. The entire pre-op process was so simple and everyone was so nice! The day of my surgery, I was treated like royalty. The nurses, doctors and aides were knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and did everything they could do to make sure I was happy. It was by far one of the best hospital experiences I have ever had. Thank you to all of your staff for making my stay comfortable. You truly are the best!"
"They had endless patience and were very encouraging."
"I sing praises to your lactation consultants on staff. My son had an emergency choking incident which caused him to be rushed to St. Mary's, the day after I was released from Jupiter hospital after giving birth. He became used to the bottle, and both Laura and Carie were instrumental in guiding me to get him back on the breast successfully. They helped me transition from a nipple shield back to the breast and were always available to meet with me and answer my questions. They had endless patience and were very encouraging. If it were not for their support, I would have probably given up with breastfeeding altogether. I met with both amazing ladies a number of times and always left their education office with newfound confidence and joy regarding my progress with breastfeeding my son. I am so grateful for their dedication to their profession as well as their sharing their knowledge, kindness, patience and dedication. Also, I studied Infant CPR with Carie and learned many helpful skills in this class. She has an excellent teaching style and strong presence in the classroom and put me at ease immediately. I benefitted greatly from the simple, yet knowledgeable manner in which she presented Infant CPR. Thank you Carie and Laura of the OB-Education Department. You are greatly appreciated!!!"
