Jupiter Medical Center Named No. 2 in the U.S. for Orthopedic Surgery by Money Magazine

Jupiter, FL – July 8 2025 — Jupiter Medical Center (JMC) has been named the second-best hospital in the nation for orthopedic surgery in Money Magazine’s inaugural “Best Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery” list. This prestigious recognition places JMC among only 75 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor.

Money Magazine, founded in 1972, is a trusted source for personal finance news and consumer rankings. Its “Best Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery” list was developed in partnership with Denniston Data and Definitive Healthcare. The methodology began by identifying hospitals with a four- or five-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). From there, hospitals were evaluated across five weighted categories: Mortality, Safety, Readmission, Patient experience, and Timely and effective care.
