This recognition, awarded by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), in partnership with The John A. Hartford Foundation, the American Hospital Association, and the Catholic Health Association, affirms JMC's commitment to implementing the 4Ms Framework—What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility—in every interaction with older patients.
