Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Julia Click leads and is responsible for all aspects of human resources function and strategy at Jupiter Medical Center, including: compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and retention, health/wellness, human resources information systems, leadership development, employee relations, and employee engagement. Click also oversees volunteer services.

Prior to joining Jupiter Medical Center, she served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Flagler Health+ in Saint Augustine, Florida. During her tenure, she was an active INK (Investing in Kids) board member.

Click received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tulane University, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Troy State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Society for HR Management (SHRM-SCP) and earned the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. In 2017, she was named a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts Gateway Council for St. Johns County.
