Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
We offer a Flexible Reimbursement Account Plan designed to help you take
home more of the pay you earn by allowing you to pay for certain medical
expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
We offer 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plans matched by contributions from
Jupiter Medical Center.
The Educational Assistance Program is an integral part of our team member
development and continuous improvement efforts. Team members are eligible
for educational assistance under this program if they are regular, full-time,
and employed for a minimum of six months.

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offered through CIGNA Behavioral
Health, helps team members and their families identify and resolve personal
problems. The program includes telephonic consultations and three counseling
sessions with a CIGNA-approved EAP counselor.
Family Medical Leave
FMLA requires covered employers to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid (concurrent
with personal days off and major sick), job-protected leave to "eligible"
employees for certain family and medical reasons. Employees are eligible
if they have worked for a covered employer for at least one year and for
1,250 hours over the previous 12 months.
