Observer Opportunities
Congratulations! You’re taking an important step as you explore exciting career options in the health care field.
Notify the Clinical Education Department of your interest at least 3 weeks before your proposed observation experience.
Once it’s approved, you’ll fill out additional forms:
- Observer Onboarding Checklist
- Observer Health and Background Screening Attestation
- Background Screening Consent Form
- Medical Exemption From COVID-19 Vaccination Form
- Religious Exemption From COVID-19 Vaccination Form
You’ll be eligible to be an observer if you successfully complete an interactive orientation video game/quiz with an 85% or higher score.
